Definitions
“Customer” means the individual or legal entity that signs up for the Service.
“User” means anyone authorized by the Customer to use the Service.
“Customer Content” means content and data that you connect, submit, or make available to the Service (including knowledge base content connected from Notion and related metadata).
“Third Party Services” means services or platforms not owned by Helpview that you may connect to the Service (for example, Notion).

The Service and acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:
attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
interfering with or disrupting the Service, including load testing, scraping, or automated requests that degrade performance
using the Service to store, publish, or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content
introducing malware or malicious code
bypassing limits, security controls, or plan restrictions
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use threatens the Service, other customers, or the public.

Subscriptions, trials, billing, and taxes
If you purchase a paid plan:
you agree to pay fees shown at purchase and any applicable taxes
fees are generally billed in advance and are non refundable except where required by law
we may change pricing or plan features in the future, with notice where required
If you are on a trial, access may be limited and may end automatically unless you upgrade.
If payment fails or becomes overdue, we may suspend or downgrade your account until payment is resolved.
If you purchase a paid plan:

Helpview and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, templates, branding, and underlying technology. You receive a limited, revocable, non transferable right to access and use the Service during your subscription, in accordance with these Terms.
